The goal of estate and trust administration is to make sure that the deceased’s intent, as written in his or her estate planning documents is carried out.  In both cases the individual appointed to handle the administration is considered a ”fiduciary” under the law.

This is why it is important the fiduciary understands his or her legal duties and carries them out as required. As attorneys for the fiduciary, we will advise him or her how to carry out those duties properly.
